ArtColLab is a non-profit project by the Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo aimed at fostering collaborations between contemporary artists and designers from a wide range of creative fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All proceeds from ArtColLab directly support the artistic and educational activities of the Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo and other non-profit initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Collaborations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nicholas Kirkwood BEYA<\/strong>
This collaboration between renowned British shoe designer Nicholas Kirkwood and Canadian artist Paul Kneale resulted in a limited edition of three shoes. The designs reinterpret Nicholas Kirkwood\u2019s signature BEYA silhouette: pointed-toe shoes featuring a geometric heel enhanced with metallic details and two angled points on each side of the upper. Sustainability lies at the heart of the project, with every component produced using biodegradable, recycled, or environmentally friendly materials. Handmade by a small family-run Italian company, these shoes embody the concept of a reimagined classic, combining the highest standards of artisanal craftsmanship with contemporary design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kiziwani Sweater
<\/strong>The second ArtColLab project emerged from an exclusive collaboration between Italian fashion designer Stella Jean and British-Kenyan artist Michael Armitage, initially launched in October 2020 exclusively on YOOX.com. The collection includes two 100% wool sweaters, produced in a limited edition of 300 women's pieces and 150 men's pieces. All proceeds from sales were donated to the Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo and the Nairobi Contemporary Art Institute (NCAI). The Kiziwani Sweater is made from 100% sustainable wool. Each garment is individually numbered and signed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Placemat Set<\/strong>
A set of two round placemats made from 100% linen and finished with handcrafted stitching in Italy. The set is part of a limited-edition collaboration between Ana Elisa Egreja and Pieces Unique. Each piece is individually numbered and signed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Golden Brooch
<\/strong>A limited-edition artwork consisting of 100 pieces. Each brooch is individually numbered and presented in a dedicated collector\u2019s box. Handcrafted in brass using the traditional lost-wax casting technique, each chain is individually cut and embellished with a hand-executed bright-cut engraving before being finished with 24-karat gold plating. The work reflects Tauba Auerbach\u2019s ongoing exploration of form, materials, and perceptual structures, transforming an object with a strong sculptural presence into a refined collector\u2019s piece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
