Its brilliant diamond shines like the star that symbolizes the Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe Award seeks to pay tribute to women who have generated ideas, driven innovation, and transformed the way we observe and interpret reality,\u201d says Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, President of the Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Franca Sozzani<\/strong><br>In 2006, the Award was presented to Franca Sozzani, Editor-in-Chief of&nbsp;<em>Vogue Italia<\/em>, in recognition of her highly impactful and innovative communication strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>H.E. Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi<\/strong><br>In 2007, the Award was presented to H.E. Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi, Minister of Economy and Planning of the United Arab Emirates, the first woman to hold a ministerial position in her country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lisa Phillips &amp; Kazuyo Sejima<\/strong><br>In 2009, the Award was presented to Lisa Phillips for her dedication to contemporary art and culture, her distinguished international curatorial career, and her leadership as Director of the New Museum in New York; and to Kazuyo Sejima for her groundbreaking approach to architecture, which redefined traditional paradigms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Elizabeth Blackburn<\/strong><br>In 2011, the Award was presented to Nobel Laureate Elizabeth Blackburn, a molecular biologist, for a discovery of universal significance for age-related diseases, including cancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fabiola Gianotti<\/strong><br>In 2014, the Award was presented to physicist Fabiola Gianotti for her outstanding scientific achievements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani<\/strong><br>In 2015, the Award was presented to Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Chairperson of Qatar Museums, in recognition of her philanthropic commitment to supporting younger generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Allegra Agnelli<\/strong><br>In 2016, the Award was presented to Allegra Agnelli for her significant contribution to cancer research as Founder and President of the Fondazione Piemontese per la Ricerca sul Cancro \u2013 ONLUS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lidia Bastianich &amp; Cherie Blair<\/strong><br>In 2017, the Award was presented to Lidia Bastianich, chef and global ambassador of Italian cuisine; and in 2018 to Cherie Blair, founder of the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Maria Manetti Shrem<\/strong><br>In 2024, the Award was presented to Maria Manetti Shrem as a \u201cphilanthropist of two worlds.\u201d For more than forty years, she has supported over fifty charitable programs dedicated to talent development in music, art, education, and medical-scientific research through more than thirty-five foundations across the United States, Italy, the United Kingdom, Africa, France, and Mexico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Caterina Caselli<\/strong><br>In 2025, the Award was presented to Caterina Caselli\u2014singer, record producer, actress, and television host\u2014in recognition of her undeniable artistic talent, which has left an enduring mark on the history of Italian music, and for her extraordinary ability to transform a creative vision into a cultural and entrepreneurial project of exceptional value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>StellaRe Circle<\/strong>&nbsp;was established in 2006 to confer the StellaRe Award. It is a group of women brought together by Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo to work on an ambitious project dedicated to women, their identity, their role, and their value in the new millennium. The diamond of the StellaRe Award symbolically links each recipient to the Circle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, the Circle includes Umberta Gnutti Beretta, Francesca Malgara, Paola Manfrin, and Warly Tomei. Joining them, and contributing their experience and vision, are Allegra Agnelli, H.E.
